Mindful Well-Being offers introductory mindfulness programs for:

Helen will guide you through the simple and basic concepts, and practices that can help you bring more awareness to your life experiences in order to facilitate self-care, growth and make positive shifts in attitudes, actions and relationships.  Begin to relate to difficulties in a skillful way, and savour the joys in life whether big or small.  Make intentional choices that are healthy for you and those around you.


Mindful Well-Being programs are...

At the core of each introductory program are these basic practices and concepts:


  1. The practice of training your attention to be where you want it to be (formal practice)
  2. The practice of applying this attention and awareness to the things you do in everyday life (informal practice)
  3. The important practices of the heart including compassion and gratitude
  4. How the brain can change with a regular mindfulness practice

Group Programs

Register individually for a scheduled program or gather your own group of friends, family or coworkers and contact Helen to book in a program.


Forming a group can be a wonderful way to connect with your friends or family (near or far) to learn about mindfulness together.  A once a week visit together over video conferencing or in person can be therapeutic in itself.

Private Programs

These Individual Sessions are tailored to meet your schedule and allow for you to learn mindfulness with a focus on your specific needs such as:

Well-being and mental health have become an important focus for schools over the past few years and mindfulness practices are proving to provide positive support in this area.   Helen offers mindfulness training for students, teachers and parents recognizing their interconnection as children grow, develop and learn.  Bring mindfulness to your school and experience benefits like improved attention, emotional regulation, empathy and compassion.
