Programs

Group Programs

Register individually for a scheduled program or gather your own group of friends, family or coworkers and contact Helen to book in a program.

Forming a group can be a wonderful way to connect with your friends or family (near or far) to learn about mindfulness together.  A once a week visit together over video conferencing or in person can be therapeutic in itself.

Private Programs

These Individual Sessions are tailored to meet your schedule and allow for you to learn mindfulness with a focus on your specific needs such as:

  1. Healthy Eating Habits
  2. Conscious Parenting
  3. ADHD, Dyslexia or Learning Disabilities
  4. Stress, Anxiety, Depression
  5. Loneliness and Isolation

Contact Helen to discuss the possibilities.

School Programs

Well-being and mental health have become an important focus for schools over the past few years and mindfulness practices are proving to provide positive support in this area.   Helen offers mindfulness training for students, teachers and parents recognizing their interconnection as children grow, develop and learn.  Bring mindfulness to your school and experience benefits like improved attention, emotional regulation, empathy and compassion.

Contact Helen to discuss scheduling for teachers, staff, and parents.

Workplace Programs

Bring mindfulness to your workplace… book a lunch time program to learn and practice mindfulness.  Manage stress, improve relationships, balance emotions, develop more focussed attention, lead and manage mindfully.

Contact Helen to schedule a 5-week program for your interested employees (45 minutes or one hour per week, on site or on-line)
